At Kliksy, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you have received a product that is damaged or not working, we offer a 7-day return policy, subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. Return Eligibility
You are eligible to request a return if:
- The product is physically damaged upon arrival.
- The product is not functioning or is defective.
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Important: Returns will only be accepted if you provide a one-take unboxing video clearly showing the parcel being opened and the issue with the product.
2. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at kliksy.in@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
- Attach your order details and the unboxing video (one-take, unedited).
- Our team will review the video and get back to you within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
3. Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused, and in its original packaging.
- Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- No longer needed
- Minor scratches or packaging damage that do not affect product functionality
4. Refunds
Once the return is approved and the product is received:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will refund via UPI or bank transfer after confirming your details.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is free if the product is found defective or damaged.
- We will arrange the pickup or guide you through the return shipping process.
